Welcome to our Health Insurance Platform (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"). To protect your legal rights and interests, please read and fully understand this agreement before using the Platform. By clicking "Agree" or by actually using the Platform, you acknowledge that you accept all terms of this agreement.

1. Service Description

The Platform provides, but is not limited to, the following services: display of health insurance products, online insurance purchasing, insurance consultation services, claims assistance, and access to health-related content.

2. User Registration and Account

• Users must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity for civil conduct.
• Users must provide truthful, accurate, and complete personal information during registration and keep it updated in a timely manner.
• Users are legally responsible for all actions taken under their registered account, including but not limited to insurance purchases, payments, and information modifications.

3. User Obligations

• Users must not interfere with the normal operation of the Platform or the use of services by other users in any manner.
• Users must not publish or disseminate false, illegal, or harmful information.
• Users must not impersonate others to register an account or purchase insurance.
• Users must comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China.

4. Information Protection

The Platform will protect users' personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy. User information will not be disclosed to unrelated third parties without authorization, unless required by law or requested by government authorities.

5. Service Limitations and Disclaimer

• The specific content of insurance services is subject to the terms and conditions of the partnering insurance companies.
• The Platform is not jointly liable for transactions completed on third-party platforms.
• The Platform is not liable for service interruptions or errors caused by factors beyond its control, such as network or system maintenance.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform (including but not limited to text, images, interface design, trademarks, etc.) is protected by law. Users may not copy, distribute, or use the content for commercial purposes without prior permission.

7. Changes to the Agreement

The Platform reserves the right to modify this agreement as needed for business operations. Any changes will be published on this page. Continued use of the Platform after such changes take effect will be deemed as acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Termination and Account Cancellation

• Users may request to cancel their account at any time through customer service or the platform settings.
• If a user violates laws or platform rules, the Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate services to that user.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. In the event of any dispute arising from this agreement, both parties shall attempt to resolve the matter through negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit in the people's court located in the Platform's place of registration.
